Dr. Guarino has extensive experience speaking to audiences of various sizes. The focus of his talks is better pain management leads to a better quality of life. Examples of talks given recently include the following:

  1. Opioid use in the chronic pain patient
  2. Analgesics used in pain management
  3. Management of neuropathic pain
  4. Management of epidural complications
  5. Management of low back pain
  6. Immunomodulation to treat pain

Dr. Guarino has spoken throughout the U.S. to health professionals as well as the general public. In the last 7 years, Dr. Guarino has addressed over 200 groups. He gave presentations at the recent national meetings of:

  1. American Society of Anesthesia
  2. North American Spine Society
  3. American Academy of Pain Medicine
